The short answerFor the first 4 months after discharge you pay no arnona (city property tax), on up to 70 m² of an apartment you rent or own (90 m² if 5 or more people live there).
Who does it help?
Only people whose lease or apartment is in their own name during those 4 months. If you live with your parents or you're on the trip, it won't help.
